Cancellation and Refund Policy
WingsMed believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Order Cancellation
- You can request cancellation immediately after placing your order. However, if the order has already been sent to the vendor/partner and shipping has begun, cancellation may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Not-as-Expected Items

If the product received is damaged or defective, report it to customer service on the same day you receive the item.

If the item is not as shown on the site or not as expected, inform customer service within the same day of delivery.
How Complaints Are Handled

The issue will be reviewed by the merchant/vendor to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.
Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it typically takes about 6–8 days for the refund to be processed back to the customer.
